Here’s how players will need to navigate and complete this quest. Quest is be automatically available from 22 July 2024 onwards, and all players need to do is complete Chapter 1 - Act 7 of the main story quest, Thaw of Eons. After that, players can go to the designated location in Hongzhen to start the quest with a cutscene. Here, players will have a short intraction with Changli, asking to meet her in a designated location. After speaking with the NPCs in the area, particularly the Suspicious Spectator and Xinyi, players need to head to a specific location to progress the story. In this mission, players are required to find a place next to a ring and hanging eaves, as indicated by an area marker. Surprisingly, this is one of the most challenging parts of the quest, as players may take some time to find it without any guidance. To find the correct location, players should head north of the marker and climb the roof of the building next to the mountain as can be seen in the map above. There are several points where players can use their Grapple to scale the building more quickly. Once players reach the highest roof of this mountain, they will see the glowing marker and be prompted into another cutscene , which will pan the camera to a ring-shaped ancient structure. After this, a new marker by the Pavilion will appear, and players will need to set their in-game clock to between 13:00–15:00 to meet Changli at this location. After meeting with Changli and having a long dialogue with her, players are required to move around with Changli and interact with various NPC in Mt. Firmament for the next section of the quest, which is quite straight forward. The entire quest takes around 2 hours without skipping any dialogues. After visiting some locations, players will need to enter a Cave in Loong's Ridge, where they will need to defeat some enemies, and rescue an explorer in the area. After a dialogue, they will need to head back to Hongzhen and ask various NPC about the explorer, until they meet a young woman (Fuling) and will have another long dialougue between her and explorer (Wuli). After the continuation of dialogue with Fuling, players will need to report to Xinyi about their findings. Following this dialogue, players will need to head back to the cave near Tianqu Tree, where they first met Wuli. This time players will spend longer time in the area while investigating various objects and moving forward, they will eventually come across a broken Weiqi Board. By using the Chronosorter nearby and moving the marker all the way to the left side, players will be able to fix the Weiqi board , and will notice various mirage NPC's appear. As players are interacting with these mirages, they will be eventually interrupted by Fractsidus enemies, and will need to defeat them. In this battle, players will be able to use a trial version of Changli. Upon defeating them, players will go through another cutscene and move them inside the Sonoro Sphere portal. Players will spend a good portion of the quest inside the Sonoro Sphere, solving a variety of puzzles. Players will meet a little girl inside the Sonoro Sphere, and move forward together after a dialogue with this girl. Players will need to step on certain pressure plates to advance. This puzzle requires players to step on the pressure plate on the left side while the little girl steps on the right side. After that, the door will unlock, and players can move forward, where they will encounter more enemies that need to be defeated. Afterwards, they will also need to use the nearby flaming flower with their leviator to burn the blocking branches and move ahead. Players will once again defeat a set of enemies and move towards the area. There are a decent number of supply boxes around that players can collect on the way to the next section as they move forward, investigating various items. In the next part of this section, players will need to find a way to get inside with the girl again using the same pressure plate mechanism. To progress, players need to ask the little girl to stand on the device by interacting with her. Afterwards, the door will open, and players will need to use the Chronosorter inside, moving it all the way to the right to keep the door open. After this, the girl will automatically follow inside. Following this, players will need to defeat the Tacet Discord enemy inside before getting to the room where they will need to solve a puzzle with light mechanisms. Players will need to investigate the mechanism, and afterwards rotate them to be able to connect the start and end points by reflecting light through the prisms on the way. Rotate the first prism twice. Skip the second prism as its already reflecting the correct way. Rotate the third prism once. Rotate the fourth prism three times. Doing so will complete the puzzle. After doing so, players will be able to move forwards and investigate the familiar mirage, which will forward them to the Changli's point of view. Players will need to move forward as Changli, while defeating the TD on her way, and clear the roadblock with flaming flower again. After some dialogue, now on this side, players will need to connect the light beams inside the mechanism again. It is a little bit more complicated than previous side, however still quite straightforward. Players will need to use the Levitator to put the light prisms on the correct locations to direct the light beam before rotating them. Activate the start point, and rotate the first prism once. Pick up the nearby prism, and put it on where the light is currently reflecting. After that rotate it twice. Rotate the next prism three times. Get the other prism, and place it to where this light should be reflecting, right on the corner by some stone rubble. Players will not need to rotate this prism. Following the light, rotate the fourth prism once. Rotate the next prism once. Rotate the one following three times. Rotate the next one once. Rotate the last one three times to connect to the end. This will prompt another long cutscene. After this, players can move forward again, collect the supply box on the way, and go through the door. They will need to defeat the Chrono Shadow to be able to leave the Chrono Sphere, which has two HP bars. Once it is defeated, players will have another cutscene, leave the domain and have dialogue with Fuling, Wuli and Xinyi. Next, players will need to move forward the in-game time by at least two days to progress further. The hour doesn't matter. After that, players will need to go to Hongzhen and speak with Xinyi to learn about the whereabouts of Changli. Players will then go to the agreed location near the Tianqu Tree to meet Changli, and have another dialogue as well as an ending cutscene, completing the quest.
