Problem rtc: lost some interrupts at 1024Hz

The motherboard after install LinuxMCE 0710 rc2 DVD, dmesg gives this error log

Solution

Go to BIOS and search for Config of the LAN board and find 

MCP61 ACPI HPET TABLE

and disable it.

After that the message error don't show anymore
