There are some user pages that seam abandoned and have no real info. If they haven't been edited for over a year and have some no value I suggest the following.
1. Sending author of the page message asking him if he abandoned this project and if not ask him to update his page with some updated and relevant info. 2. If there is no answer for one week repeat the message. 3. Delete page if nobody answers after two weeks.
