Releases and such
We've come to some decisions in discussions on IRC and the forums regarding responsibilites and release schedules. We've decided that a 6 month release cycle is unrealistic and trying to keep to one is directing our resources inappropriately, so we're moving to a 12 month release cycle starting with a release based on Kubuntu 810. Peer Oliver Schmidt ("Possy") will take up the role of release wrangler to try to keep developers on schedule and Zaerc is taking over the role of keeping the development build in good shape on a day-to-day basis.
