The focus events may be used to apply real-time settings, and the non-focus events for big changes only.

Events (on focus-able controls):
 - OnUp, OnDown
 - OnLeft, OnRight
 - OnEnter, OnCancel
 - OnFocus, OnLostFocus

Note: any focus control is too a non-focus control, because it may be init, paint or closed, as any regular control
