* Consolidate TOSEC-PIX into a metadata repository, from which to gather game manuals for various systems. 
* Devise an architecture to store this information so that it can be fetched by the system when a game is discovered on disk and cached.
* Present a UI so that a user can press a button for more information, and read the manual.
