This page contains my notes on proposed additional screens to the setup wizard:<br /> <br /> == Accounts ==<br /> <br /> Increasingly, LinuxMCE will connect to more internet based web services. We need a series of screens to be able to enter account information on a per-user basis for each of these services.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This will be split into the following sections, in each section a series of buttons will be shown with a cue to select all the services they use. Selecting a button highlights the service, and subsequent screens configure the accounts for each:<br /> <br /> === Instant Messaging ===<br /> <br /> * AIM<br /> * iChat (yes, know they are the same)<br /> * Yahoo!<br /> * MSN<br /> * XMPP<br /> * Google Talk (yes, I KNOW they&#039;re the fucking same)<br /> * ICQ<br /> <br /> A note, some of the above may seem redundant given their underlying protocol, but if you&#039;re thinking that, you&#039;re a geek, stop it.
