Have observed that onboard NIC (Realtek RTL8211 Gigabit Ethernet controller) does not work OOB.  Not recognized in lspci.  Have not spent much time troubleshooting as yet, as it was trivial to add a supported NIC.  Manufacturer site does indicate the following:
