Automatic Setup
The setup is automatic from the House Setup Wizard using the following script
/usr/pluto/bin/create_amp_inphonex.pl

Does give this warning "*Registration String = DO NOT ENTER REGISTRATION STRING ON THIS SCREEN." but worked for me.
key is to use your seven digit number for x's:
