Different devices may report their status differently, and many devices do not report the status at all. So it is normal if your devices listed here have no status. If a device does report its status, such as security sensors do, then you will be able to see the status and state for each of those devices here. You can also see the IP and Mac Addresses for all IP-based devices.
Generally the status and state are human-readable and it should be self-explanatory what they mean.
