Driver bug
To get this card working in LMCE you need to disable the "snd_aw2" (Audiowerk sound card) module. The driver contains a bug, so it will be loaded for every saa7146 chip.
Solution
Edit /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist and add "blacklist snd_aw2" to a new line and Reboot.
