The Merten 506004 is a 4gang Z-Wave battery powered remote controller that fits into a rocker box behind existing switches.

Factory reset
- Press any button 3 times within 1.5 seconds. The LED will flash.
- Press and hold the button for about 5 seconds until the LED turns off.
