Projects/To-Do List
Telecom
- Setup Cisco Wireless Phone
- Setup x100p FXO Card
- Get wake-up calls to work for me
Security
- Find some good wireless Z-Wave Motion Sensors, battery powered.
Network
- Need to find another Access Point to set up for outside, stronger signal inside
Irrigation
Make a poor man's sprinkler system using X10, Z-Wave, or Insteon, and meet the following criteria:
- Be able to use on 120/220 volt (transformer is fine)
- Be able to use on 50/60hz (going to be tough)
- Modular, to be able to pick it up and go when I move.
- Not able to dig up yard, so I can't do that
Maybe use Wifi, and use a Wifi Bridge maybe? Still looking at the possibilities.
