"Generic" bt878a based 4ch PCI CCTV Card

File:Http://img02.static-nextag.com/image/4-Channel-Video-Capture/0/000/008/040/876/804087619.jpg

 For testing purposed I purchased:
  • $9.00 generic bt878a 4ch capture card "this one has heatsink"
  • $8.00 generic video/power/audio -over- cat5e/6 balun kit
  • $19.99 generic 30IR outdoor camera 12v NTSC
Installed the capture card into core, as well a 50' run of cat5e with

said balun kit and Camera.

Rebooted core.....

Since it is a standard bt878a chipset it was install from what I can tell

with no issues.

Then I followed the [ analog camera] guide and added this new camera into my

already existing Motion Wrapper as /dev/video0 and that was about it.
