Standard behaviour is to send all alerts and notifications to the relevant Orbiters in an area.
To modify this behaviour, the Alert Filter Level in the Advanced screen for each Orbiter has a field called Alert Filter Level
- None - Do not receive any alerts
- Important - Only receive important alerts
- All - Receive all alerts
