Would one of the moderators please explain here about Spam Linking; what is actually forbidden and allowed.

I'm not sure if it would be wise to post instructions on how to work around the spam filter on the wiki itself....

-Such as how are we supposed to post legitimate links to reference material and manufacturer websites without being automatically flagged by the wiki software as a disallowed Spam Link.
-I for one am very upset that I have spent a whole day contributing to this wiki only to be refused / auto banned because of legitimate links within my motherboard article.
-Please remove all of this text with proper information on this topic since there is none to be found within the wiki or forum.
