It is possible to use this unit together with LMCE, although it is a bit awkward. I programmed my lighting system with the Merten USB dongle and Merten software, so that the central unit could be programmed, too. I then made a MiCasaVerde USB stick secondary controller, which is then used by LMCE. This does require an update of the zwave driver.
