Virtual Device List

This is the virtual device list. These devices are defined in DCERouter and basically dynamically route a command to its intended destination without requiring its specific device number or device template number. It is pivotal for use in Designer and for routing commands in the Remote Mapping Table.
CAVEAT: This only works in Orbiter. Trying to use virtual devices in MessageSend does not work according to TSCHAK - posde
