Below is the equipment divided into where it is stored in the house for an easier overview.

In a Closet:

Hybrid: (Located in a closet oposite to the living room)

• Aeon Labs Z-stick (USB Static Zwave Controller)

Started with installing the 8.10 Alpha from Repo. Later upgraded with apt-get to the beta version.

Additional Accessories:

• The broadband router w/wifi
• UPS
• An old server running ClarkConnect for experimenting with mail, web, proxy and other setups

Living Room - TV Area:

• Sharp Aquos LC52X20E (52" LCD), Connected to the Hybrid.
• Duewi Art.No.05433 (7)- ZW Edan 300 (ZWave Light Dimmer)

Living Room:

• Duewi Art.No 05431 (3) - ZW ES 1000 light switch controlling a power outlet used for the cars engine heater in the winter. (Zwave Light Switch)

Hallway / TV Room 2nd Floor:

• Sharp Aquos LC-46D65E (46" LCD)
• A laptop as MD, but not yet operating
• Duewi Art.No.05433 (7) - ZW Edan 300 Controling the celing lights (Zwave Light Dimmer)

Current Status:

• All videos, music & pictures added
• Controlling the car engine heater
• Controlling celing lights in 2 rooms

The above worked out of the box!

Current Issues:

• HDMI Video stopped working after the latest upgrades (From Alpha to Beta)
• RS232 Serial connection to the TV does not work.
• Tagging of media does not work.
• Tried Trust & Billiton USB Bluetooth Dongles which was detected by LMCE, but it does not detect any Bluetooth devices.

Plans:

• Get the above issues fixed
• Get the MD working
• Add the Everspring SF812 Smoke Detectors (Purchased delivery very soon :-)
