DPMS Monitor is a DCE device that provides an opportunity to turn your monitor on and off.

It is interresting in the case of the use of an all-in-one computer like the Shuttle X50V2 that does not have a specific button to only turn his screen on/off.

To install this device you have to select it in the Setup Wizard, under the Generic Manufacturer, when setting up your AV devices.
